*Premium Cover Design Packages do not include advanced character creation or complicated manipulations. If you require these services, please contact me for a consultation and pricing.

**Mayhem Cover Creations Premium Cover Design Packages include a standard license stock image purchase budget of up to $20.00 USD. All images used in cover design, unless otherwise noted, include a standard use license. The cost of your cover design package includes the right to use these images per the standard agreement and is limited to a print-run of 499,999 units, or sales in the case of ebooks, print books. For unlimited usage, there would be an additional fee per image, depending on the source of the original image. Royalty Free Stock Images may be supplied by Shutterstock, iStockPhoto, 123rf, Deposit Photos, Deviant Art, or other individual photographer.

***Tour Hosts will do an exclusive reveal of your new Mayhem Cover Creations cover design provided that the cover has not been revealed on any other review sites or tour blog, Social Networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, Goodreads, Pinterest, etc.) or listed for sale on retailers websites (Amazon, B&N, Smashwords, iBooks, etc.) Reveals may not be immediately available. In many cases, reveals are planned 7+ days in advance, so if you plan on publishing your book shortly after the design is complete this promo may not be available at the time you request it.
