We format your final edited manuscript and prepare it for publishing with retailers  such as Amazon KDP, Apple, and Barnes and Noble. A minimum 50% deposit is required before we will begin the formatting process. Upon completion, you will receive a sample copy of the formatted version of your book ready to preview in your preferred format.

Once the formatting is complete, you will receive an email with the attached eBook formatted to mobi and ePub for use with KDP on Amazon, and PubIt for Barnes & Noble and other retailers.

A final edited, proofread word document is required as the eBook formatting services do not include editing or proofreading. Once the manuscript is formatted, any changes or corrections (not including formatting errors) to the manuscript will be billed additionally, up to the cost of another formatting fee ($89.99). Images, glyphs, decorative chapter headers, etc. may be added to the eBook formatting for an additional charge.

We format your final edited manuscript and prepare it for publishing with Print On Demand Companies such as KDP, Lulu, and Lightning Source. If you have a template or special requirements from another printer that you’d like to use please let us know in the Specifications area, so that we may make the adjustments prior to working on your Print Layout.

Up to 3 fonts may be embedded into your book for the body, Chapter Names, page breaks, etc. Please ensure that your fonts are either licensed to you or Commercial & Royalty Free. If you’d like to view free fonts check out Google Fonts or FontSquirrel – they offer a wide range of commercial free fonts.

A final edited, proofread word document is required as the Print formatting services do not include the editing of your Book. Once the manuscript is formatted, any changes or corrections (not including formatting errors) to the manuscript will be billed additionally, up to the cost of another formatting fee ($139.99). Images, glyphs, decorative chapter headers, etc. may be added to the eBook formatting for an additional charge.

Upon completion of your formatting & layout, a sample of the final PDF will be sent for your review prior to payment of final balance. Once final approval is given, we will send an invoice for final balance. Once paid, Print Ready PDF will be emailed to you.
