Using Mayhem for the first time this past fall, I was unsure what to expect. From the first contact, I was impressed with L.J.’s eagerness to provide great service. After several discussions, it became obvious I was looking for something slightly outside the usual packages offered and she graciously created a custom one just for me. Even better was she delivered on all her promises, often going beyond my expectations. Being the nervous first time author, she answered innumerable panicked questions and emails quickly, her constant assurances calming. She guided me through many of the processes I had no idea where necessary, and any problems we encountered, helped me to find a solution.
L.J.’s attention to detail was very obvious from the start as well. She listened to my ideas for a cover and worked closely with me to be sure I was happy with every step of the design. She made sure to let me know my opinion mattered and ensured my book was presented well.
